  • Customer liaison using our experienced and well trained UK based call centre to arrange an appointment date for equipment installation to take place.
  • Stock Management including forward and reverse logistics of parts to and from site
  • For multiple installations, the services of a dedicated project management team to co ordinate every stage from prior planning to roll out
  • Installation services in field carried out by fully trained and professional engineers. What makes us unique is our system of Regional Engineering Managers located throughout the country ensuring that should a problem arise, immediate advice and a speedy resolution is assured.
  • Real time data and image capture from site. Using our in house developed web based system we can offer you real time visibility of job status for all field activity outsourced to us.
  • Fully managed service calls. Again we deal with your customer and resolve their problems.
  • Warranty management. Our system records details by job and specific part numbers are allocated. We can immediately check the warranty status of equipment installed and will deal with the appointed repair centre to return or replace stock as required.
  • Consolidated billing in a number of formats to suit.
  • We work to pre agreed service levels
  • We provide monthly management information to supplement the live reporting available through the web portal
